Switch partnered with Echion Technologies to build a hybrid Landcruiser ute in 2024. The vehicle retains the original diesel driveline in addition to a 280kW battery electric drivetrain. The heart of the vehicle is Echion’s XNO battery chemistry. The project is ongoing - follow it here.
